SESSION FEE: $175

SLIDING SCALE: Limited, based on need

INSURANCE: I participate with most Highmark BCBS plans.  Please verify my participation and your individual benefits directly with your insurance plan.  If I am not an in-network provider for your plan, I can provide monthly receipts for you to submit for anyout-of-network reimbursement available under your benefits.

FREQUENCY: Sessions may range from once weekly to several times per week, depending upon your needs, the nature of the work and what we mutually agree upon.

TELETHERAPY: Available through Doxy.me (for those with Pennsylvania residence)

PAYMENT: Ivy Pay, check, or cash.
