DIRECTIONS:

To reach 255 S. 17th Street (the Medical Tower Building in Center City Philadelphia, near Rittenhouse Square), use the following specific routes from major regional entry points: 

• From the North (via I-95 / I-676 West): Take I-676 West (Vine Street Expressway), exit at 15th Street/China Town, merge onto N. 15th St, turn right onto J.F.K. Blvd, turn left onto S. 17th St, and drive 5 blocks south to 255 S. 17th St (located between Walnut and Locust Streets). 

• From the West (via I-76 East / Schuylkill Expressway): Take I-76 East, use exit 345 for 30th St/Museums, follow JFK Blvd east across the river, turn right onto S. 17th St, and proceed 5 blocks south.

• From Suburban Station (SEPTA Regional Rail/Subway): Exit onto 17th Street and JFK Boulevard, walk 5 blocks south down 17th Street across Market and Chestnut Streets; the destination is on the left. 

DRIVING & PARKING:

• Traffic Flow: 17th Street runs one-way southbound through Center City.  Watch out for cyclists. 

• Parking: Paid surface lots (such as nearby E-Z Park at 17th & Pine) and indoor parking garages are available within a 1-to-2 block radius.  Free street parking can usually be found about 5 blocks south of the Medical Tower Building in the area of South Street and south of that.
